Drawing: Feeling inspired again…

Where to begin… I’m exhausted these days. Drawing is always fun for me but lately I’ve been so busy the thought of doing it barely crosses my mind. However, I’ve picked up a new hobby in Journaling and Planning. Bujo life.

But recently my old phone which I’ve had for almost seven years finally met an untimely demise. That phone only had 16g of storage which meant I barely could house anything on it. Needless to say this new phone of mine is a power house in comparison. I’m able to draw on my phone again which I haven’t done in years. I will hopefully have many more posts soon. I hope you like this little doodle!

Drawing: Older Work Harley Quinn

Wow this is not my best lol.

I found this inked in my old sketch book from July. Not a fan of the drawing itself, but the inking is pretty good looking at my history. I might color it someday, but probably not.

Anyway hope you are doing well!!! :3

Drawing: Creating things that will last forever

Hello all fellow martians! I finally got this Chibi gal done today. The coloring took way longer than the inking, which obviously makes sense unless you’re a newb like me. Mind you, it’s been a long while since I’ve colored art, and I do it so rarely that my skills aren’t as evolved as some. But oh well, I still like it so here ya are! (Yes the paper is crinkled, my cats know no bounds.)
This was inspired by the amazing artist Yamiipon! She has great speed paints on YouTube, and has been battling cancer for a few months now. If you enjoy cute and colorful art, I highly recommend you go check her out and support her! The supplies I used:
Skin: Copic E33, E50, E51, E53, R02

Hair: Copic YR21, YR23, YR31, E33

Eyes: Copic RV000, RV06, RV13, RV69

Heart Decals: Copic R00, R11, R20, R22, R27

Ribbons: Copic BG10, BG11, BG13

Tights: Copic B60

Line Art: Micron 0.1

Drawing: Chibi Progress

*exaggerated sigh* Little update: I cannot believe the coloring isn’t looking as horrible as I anticipated. That being said, my hand and brain hurt. This is a process for sure, but I really am trying to challenge myself, as it’s the only way I’ll improve. So the coloring isn’t perfect, but that’s because these are more of the beginning layers, and it’s tedious. She looks a bit creepy without pupils, and the overall look of it isn’t fantastic. However, I still want to finish this and see how it turns out seeing as the more I do the more I surprise myself. Anyway, hopefully the next post will be her completed!

Drawing: Chibis and Inspiring Artists!

Inking a Chibi girl! Not a character from anything, just my brain. I got inspired by a popular YouTube artist, Yamiipon! She’s wickedly talented, and is currently fighting cancer. Please go check her out if you love cute art! But about this, it was a copy of any of hers, but I tried doing more detail and intricate line work. Me and line art have never gotten along, like seriously. Never been to each other’s birthday parties, never waved at each other, you get it. However for some reason this was coming out much better than any simpler work I’ve done before. It’s probably because I had to take my time with all the stuff everywhere. Let me know what you think! As for color, I want to color it, but I’m apprehensive since I don’t want to ruin it. 😹 Anyway, hope you all are well!
